Yoga and meditation

Step by step, deep-rooted emotional and physical tensions will be resolved and new energy will be released through a combination of breathing techniques, physical exercise, the tradional body poses, as well as deep relaxation and meditation. This will lead to a positive self-image and an improved sense of self-worth.
