Die Kursgebühr ist mit Abschluss des Vertrages fällig und muss bis spätestens 4 Wochen vor Kursbeginn auf das angegebene Konto entrichtet werden. |

Der Vertrag gilt für die Dauer des gebuchten Kurses. |

Der/Die Kursteilnehmner/in kann bis zwei Wochen vor Kursbeginn unentgeltlich zurück treten. |

|
Tritt der/die Kursteilnehmer/in in der letzten Woche vor Kursbeginn zurück kann die Kursgebühr nicht erstattet werden. |

|
Der/Die Kursteilnehmer/in versichert, dass er/sie psychisch und physisch in der Lage ist am Unterricht teilzunehmen; bei akuten Erkrankungen sollte vor der Teilnahme am Unterricht der Hausarzt befragt und der/die Dozent/in informiert werden. |

|
Für Gesundheitsschäden die der/die Kursteilnehmer/in in den angebotenen Kursen erleidet und für selbstverschuldete Unfälle wird keine Haftung übernommen. |
|
|
Bei Verlust oder Diebstahl von Kleidung oder Wertgegenständen wird keine Haftung übernommen. |

|
The course fee is due with completion of the contract and must be paid into the indicated account by 4 weeks before start the course. |

|
The contract is valid until the end of the booked course. |
|
|
The course participant can withdraw from the contract without charge up to two weeks before start of the course. |
|
|
If the course participant withdraws from the contract in the kast week before the start of the course, the course fee cannot be repaid. |
|
|
The course participant declares that he/she is psychologically and physically able to take part in the lesson; in case of acute illness, a GP should be consulted and the instructor should be informed. |

The course provider is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur during the course. |
|
|
The course provider is not liable for loss or left clothing or valuables. |
